1.1 Data Controller: jewelph is the data controller responsible for your personal information collected through the jewelph.club platform and any associated mobile applications or communication channels.
1.2 jewelph operates as a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming platform serving Filipino players across the Philippines. To comply with PAGCOR licensing conditions and Philippine anti-money laundering laws, we collect government-issued photo identification (e.g., PhilSys card, passport, driver's license, SSS card, or other PAGCOR-accepted ID), proof of address, and documentation of payment method ownership. 2.3 Financial Data. We collect transaction records including deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, payment method references (e-wallet account references, bank account numbers), and transaction timestamps. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers.

7.1 jewelph retains personal data for as long as your account is active and for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and AMLA record-keeping obligations.
7.2 KYC documents and transaction records are retained for at least five (5) years following the completion of the relevant transaction or the closure of the account, whichever is later.
7.3 Communications records are retained for three (3) years from the date of the communication, unless relevant to an ongoing dispute or regulatory inquiry.
7.4 Data collected solely for marketing purposes is deleted promptly upon withdrawal of consent.
8.1 jewelph implements technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration. These include 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest, access controls limiting staff data access to those with a legitimate operational need, and regular security audits.
8.2 In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk of serious harm to your rights, jewelph will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay.
8.3 No security system is impenetrable. jewelph cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own account credentials.

10.1 The jewelph platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 21 years of age. If we discover that a person under 21 has created an account, we will immediately close the account and delete all associated personal data, except where retention is required by law.

11.1 jewelph may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes — those that significantly affect how we process your data or your rights — will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before the change takes effect.
11.2 Your continued use of the jewelpch platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not accept the revised Policy, you must close your account before the effective date.
