These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jewelph governing your access to and use of the jewelph platform, including all games, payment services, and account features available at jewelph.club.

Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending until documentation is provided.

10.2 jewelph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 jewelph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. You access the platform at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on your device.
11.1 jewelph reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) these Terms have been materially breached; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected; (c) regulatory obligations require it; or (d) you have requested self-exclusion.
11.2 Upon account closure for cause, any balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. Where no prohibited activity is found, the balance (less any bonus funds ineligible for withdrawal) will be returned to your verified payment method.
11.3 You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not constitute self-exclusion unless explicitly requested.

13.1 jewelph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory direction.
13.2 Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date.
